1.0 Definitions
"Conditions" means these terms and conditions; "Cookies" means small text files which our Website places on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer; "Personal Information" means the details provided by you on registration; "Product or Goods" means a product displayed for sale on the Website; "Product Description" means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided; "Users" means the users of the Website collectively; "We/us" means Java Manufacturing; "Website" means the website located at javamanufacturing.id or any subsequent URL which may replace it; "United Kingdom" means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and "You" means a user of this Website.

You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.2.2 Registration

We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. When you create a shopping account while ordering online you will be given the option to receive information from Java Manufacturing by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a promotional e-mail with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, by e-mailing us at info@javamaufacturing.id or telephoning us on 0333 242 0596 between 09:00-17:30. You should be aware that we do not sell or disclose your details to third parties.
Requests by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information we are entitled do so. We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept Cookies you will be unable to use this Website for shopping purposes, only for browsing and research. 3. Purchase of products
3.1 Orders
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.3.2 Acceptance of your order
The steps required to create the contract between You and Us are as follows:1. Find an item you want to buy
2. At the product page, if applicable, choose a size or type, by clicking the radio button to the right of the product you wish to buy
3. Select the quantity you require by clicking the add (+) remove (-) or clear buttons (X) against the product you have selected.
4. Click ‘Add to Basket’ to add the item to your Shopping basket
5. Review your order in your basket
6. Continue shopping until you are ready to check out.
7. Select ‘Checkout’ and you will be taken to your shopping basket
8. At the ‘One Page Checkout, review your order and complete the ‘Name & Address’ fields using the name and address as on credit or debit card you will use for payment.
9. If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative delivery address uncheck the ‘Deliver to this address’ boxand complete the new delivery address fields.
10. Your delivery charge where applicable, will be calculated based on your Post Code and will appear under the subtotal as ‘Shipping & Handling’ under ‘Review Your Order’
11. Once your order total is confirmed complete the fields for your chosen payment method .
12. Click ‘Place Order Now’
13. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your submitted email address.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
4. Delivery
UK Delivery
Our garden furniture is made and fully assembled at the factory by our skilled craftsmen and tables are carefully assembled at our warehouse. This means all our teak garden furniture is delivered ready to use. We therefore take great care with your order and like to deliver it ourselves. That way we can be assured that it gets to you in excellent condition and you can enjoy your furniture straight away. For deliveries with restricted access, tables can be assembled on site. Please let us know if this is required at the time of ordering.Shipping and Handling Fees
Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes*(exclusions apply, see below). We will normally deliver your order to you within 3-5 calendar days, subject to stock. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time or an alternative product. In all cases, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date. If we are unable to supply or offer an alternative, you will have the option to cancel if you wish. Our one-man free delivery service is available between Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be booked in advance, which will be quoted on an individual basis and are restricted to a 50 mile radius of our warehouse. In some instances help may be required with off loading. If assistance is unavailable and for larger items, we are be able to offer a two man delivery service. Additional charges apply for deliveries requiring two drivers. This will be quoted on an individual basis. Please advise us when confirming delivery, if there are any issues regarding access/parking for vans or access into the garden, eg; steps, restrictions of width or other obstacles.Other delivery options
If you have suitable transport, you can collect your items yourself from our warehouse. We are open 0900hrs to 1700hrs weekdays and by appointment at the weekends. Please ring to arrange any collection beforehand.An optional express 48 hour delivery service is available in most areas if required. Please ring for a quotation.For smaller items we may choose to deliver via Royal Mail or courier.5. Returns Information
2.1 Access
You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.5.1 Change an order
If you need to change details of your delivery address or remove items from your order, or cancel it completely, please contact our us for advice 0333 242 0596 between 9:00-17:30, during Monday to Friday, or email us here at least 24hrs before the due delivery date.If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. Unfortunately we cannot cancel, refund or exchange bespoke made-to-order items.
5.2 Damaged Goods
As part of our quality control procedure every item is inspected by us prior to delivery. If you feel that your order is in an unsatisfactory condition when it is delivered, you can refuse the delivery. Please contact us on 0333 242 0596 between 09:00-17:30 between Monday and Friday or follow our Returns procedure.If you are not present at the time of delivery and you discover a fault or damage, please notify us and email photographic proof of the fault or damage in the first instance.
5.3 Cancellation under the Consumer Contract Regulations
If you buy online or by phone, under Consumer Contracts Regulations you are entitled to cancel this contract (non business only). Your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge.If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
5.4 Missing, incomplete orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, please contact us on 0333 242 0596 between 09:00-17:30 between Monday and Friday.5.5 Returns Costs and procedure
In the unlikely event of you wishing to return a product please contact us on 0333 242 0596 between 09:00-17:30 between Monday and Friday.You must return the goods back to us at your expense.
Please ensure that you insure the goods and keep proof of dispatch, which may be required by us in processing your refund.
For larger items, we can arrange to collect the goods from the delivery address.
This will incur a charge. As a guide use the information below:
£100 for order with invoice values of up to £1,000
10% of invoice value over £1,000
These costs are a guide, and for parts of the UK costs may be significantly higher.
If we have arranged to collect the goods, we will aim to do so within 14 calendar days of receipt of your notice to cancel the order. We will contact you to confirm the collection date. You must ensure the goods are available for collection on that date.
Collection can only be arranged from the point of delivery.
For goods delivered overseas the cost of returning them must be met by you.
5.6 Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not in any way, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund you. Please see below, for products excluded from this policy. Any refund or exchange after this date is at our discretion. Unfortunately we cannot cancel, refund or exchange bespoke made-to-order items unless they are faulty or not as described. Any reimbursements will be made no later than 14 calendar days after the day we receive any goods supplied or 14 calendar days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.Items treated with an aftercare product will be deemed to have been accepted by you and will not be able to be cancelled or returned.
5.7 Condition of returns
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. We may make a deduction from any refund for the loss in value of any Product supplied, if the item is not returned in the same condition it was delivered.5.8 Delivery charges
We will refund any delivery charges you have paid, provided you return the full order.5.9 Description of products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy. All teak products sold exclude cushions unless stated otherwise. Any imagery showing products with cushions is for display purposes only and if stated, can be bought as optional accessories.5.10 Payment and Price
For online purchases payment is in advance and can be made by the means as stated on our Website. We will only process payments if we can obtain authorisation from your payment partner. All products are priced as per our Website in British Pounds Sterling as at the time of placing your order. VAT or sales tax is included unless we expressly say otherwise.6.0 Guarantee
We guarantee that from the date of delivery our teak furniture including; sets, tables, benches and chairs are free of manufacturing defects and fit for their intended purpose subject to reasonable wear and tear in normal domestic use for a period of ten years. The guarantee applies to all standard teak furniture purchased on or after 1st January 2014. Teak garden furniture purchased before this date is supported on an individual basis. If you find a fault in the workmanship in any part or component Java Manufacturing will repair or replace the furniture free of charge. A defect under these terms means any imperfection in the material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear or normal deterioration as a result of domestic residential use.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by the application of teak oil, varnish, wood stain, paint or any product other than that defined in our teak care guide.
The guarantee does not apply to furniture that has been placed on an uneven surface which as a result has caused the table to warp or caused opening/closing mechanical problems.
The guarantee does not apply to furniture that has been neglected or not looked after as per our care guide. This is particularly relevant for all teak furniture that includes moving parts and joints that do require maintenance from time to time to ensure long life.
The guarantee is only valid for the original owner and at the original delivery address unless the moving of the furniture is done professionally either by Java Manufacturing., at the customers cost or proof can be provided that the transportation of products was done so by a reputable removals company or equivalent, whom have all necessary insurance and industry standard accreditation's.
Normal age discolouration, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warping on our teak furniture is to be expected and is not a structural defect and is therefore not covered.
Furniture used in a commercial or public setting is not covered by our ten year guarantee, but this does effect your standard consumer rights.
Furniture which has not been delivered and assembled by the Java Manufacturing delivery team (whether by request or geographical limitations) is covered by the guarantee on a back to base basis only and the customer will be responsible for all costs of re-delivery and returning goods to our warehouse. Back to base means the warehouse from which the goods have been dispatched. We cannot accept furniture which has been incorrectly assembled causing a fault or damage to the furniture. Any additional costs incurred by the customer excluding labour and parts are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in this warranty. Java Manufacturing reserves the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Java Manufacturing Customer services must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the defect occurring The original sales invoice is required as proof of purchase to claim under either the Java Manufacturing guarantee, or for non-teak items, the relevant manufacturers guarantee. In the event of a claim, customers must in the first instance contact the Java Manufacturing customer service department.
PLEASE NOTE: all Java Manufacturing clearance items and non-teak items such as; cushions, furniture covers, are all covered by the respective manufacturers standard 1 year guarantee.
Bambrella parasols are covered by the manufacturers guarantee according to range, please ask for further details.

7. General
7.1 Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.7.2 Compliance with laws
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.7.3 Limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights. If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.7.5 Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.7.6 Survival
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.7.7 Entire agreement
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Java Manufacturing and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
